Training for Oroua Soccer

Our Goal:
Prepare for the Tournament

How will we do this...
  • Encourage lunchtime practises
  • Keep up our fitness
  • Pump up soccer ball
  • Have games and fitness
  • Find some good skills and drills
  • ask a soccer player to come up and give up tips (Sport Manawatu)

Every day at about 12 lunch for 10 minutes

  • Controlling the ball

  • Shooting for goal
  • Communication
Game
3 afternoons a week
20-30 minutes

We are making a new plan for the Action for Health group.
Huntah, Jack, Keanu, Pixel and Sasha.
In our plan we are
  • organising some games
  • getting more sports gear
  • tell everyone and make a chart so we don't leave the gear around.
  • update blog regularly
  • take a group photo

Fitness plan

This term we have been setting up one game a week. Each week we change the game to another one. So far it has been going very well. This week we have been playing Island tag. So next week we are playing cat and pigeons. I have been setting up a file to keep a record of our games we have played.

2011 Planning
