Week 9 report

Hopefully everyone has been training hard over the weekends and during school training for cross country.
As a group we think we have all worked together to get the most training possible out of the day to prepare everyone for their race.
We hope that everyone runs their hardest on the day and gives each 100 percent and tries their best.

Plans for week 10
Get another fitness program going ready for the next Oroua event.

Indoor Table tennis league







  Rule for Table Tennis

  1.  Take care of the gear
  2. Tidy up when done
  3. Seniors use senior bats - wooden red/black
  4. juniors use junior bats -plastic  black
  5. Play rules fairly
  6. no eating on the table 
  7. no siting or lending on the table
Days -
Monday - senior singles        
Tuesday - junior singles
Wednesday - senior doubles
Thursday - junior doubles
 Friday - funday


How to play:


  • Server serves 2 in a row
  • a point is scored on each serve
